Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer must open a case with USPS, FedEx or DHL to find their item.
We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned about the safety of your package, please purchase Route package insurance at checkout.
If an item is sent back to us due to invalid address or the carrier's inability to deliver, we will reach out to correct the issue and send.
